This Spanish Picual is bold, vibrant, and unmistakably green in character. Produced in the sun-drenched groves of Jaén, this extra virgin olive oil reflects both the resilience of the Picual olive and the intensity of its terroir. On the nose, it opens with fresh, herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf, olive leaf, and cut grass, layered with hints of wild herbs. It is well balanced in taste and aroma.
