Homemade Apple & Carrot Muffins


1 apple, grated
3 carrots, grated
2 cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsps. of The Urban Vine’s aged Gravenstein white balsamic
2 tsps. ground cinnamon
2 tsps. ground nutmeg
3 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line muffin cups with paper liners, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
  4. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake for approx. 25 mins. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
