Mango Balsamic Chicken

The fresh mangoes and our mango balsamic are a perfect combo in this dish.


3 tablespoons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Mango Balsamic
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of mango nectar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped


  1. Combine the chicken breasts in a large plastic bag with mango nectar, mango balsamic, premium extra virgin olive oil and thyme with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Ensure chicken is thoroughly coated with the marinade and place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken and grill each side until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Serve the chicken topped with chopped mango, red onion and green onion.
