Protein Packed Lentil & Tomato Salad
Ingredients
15 oz. can lentils
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1/4 Spanish onion sliced thin
Seasonello Sea Salt to taste
1/3 cup Basil Olive Oil
Flat leaf parsley as garnish
Directions
- Rinse and drain lentils.
- Halve or quarter cherry tomatoes.
- Slice Spanish Onion.
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and toss to combine.
- Add Seasonello Sea Salt to taste.
- Garnish with flat leaf parsley.
