Protein Packed Lentil & Tomato Salad


15 oz. can lentils
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1/4 Spanish onion sliced thin
Seasonello Sea Salt to taste
1/3 cup Basil Olive Oil
Flat leaf parsley as garnish


  • Rinse and drain lentils.
  • Halve or quarter cherry tomatoes.
  • Slice Spanish Onion.
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and toss to combine.
  • Add Seasonello Sea Salt to taste.
  • Garnish with flat leaf parsley.
