Spinach & Artichoke Dip made easy!
Ingredients
1/2 bag fresh spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
8 oz. feta cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. of The Urban Vine’s Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp. of The Urban Vine’s Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Set aside pieces of artichoke to be mixed into the dip once blended.
- In a food processor, process all ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
- Add in the additional artichoke pieces, combining well.
- Bake in an ovenproof dish for approx. 15 mins.
- Serve with your choice of fresh veggies & enjoy!
