Spinach & Artichoke Dip made easy!


1/2 bag fresh spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
8 oz. feta cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. of The Urban Vine’s Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp. of The Urban Vine’s Herbes de Provence Olive Oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Set aside pieces of artichoke to be mixed into the dip once blended.
  3. In a food processor, process all ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
  4. Add in the additional artichoke pieces, combining well.
  5. Bake in an ovenproof dish for approx. 15 mins.
  6. Serve with your choice of fresh veggies & enjoy!
